Payment Terms
1. 6000 euros plus VAT (currently 10%) as a reservation
2. On signing of the Private Contract of Purchase the buyer will pay 30% of the sale price (less the 6000 euros already transferred as a reservation) plus VAT (currently 10%)
3. Within 6 months of the private purchase contract the buyer will pay 10% of the sales price plus VAT (currently 10%)
